Non-violent communication is a process – a practice designed by American Psychologist st Marshall Rosenberg. designed to help the practitioner connect with others and herself from a space of compassion, and in the process transform conflicts into opportunities for growth and deeper harmony.

Conflictorium collaborated with Riverside Education Foundation & Prabhat Education Foundation hosted a two-day workshop on Non-Violent Communication. The workshop gathered teachers from different schools and academic background.

The workshop was facilitated by Aparna Pallavi, who is a trainer in a Non-violent communication practice group.
